Thailand is today an extremely exploited country. Certainly, it is wonderful to be here as a tourist. But all possibilities to start business activities are in principle taken so I would probably recommend Laos to all dreamer. As the dream of a life in the tropics. Today there is not so much tourists in Laos and it will most probably never really be as attractive as Thailand because the lack of a beach.
But there are huge opportunities for those who want to focus on extreme sports cave diving and mountain climbing and more.
